Tiredness with fibromyalgia can vary from mild to heavy exhaustion.Cognitive problems involve difficulties with mental processes such as having trouble with remembering and learning.

Headaches and migraines which can differ in severity.

IBS can often accompany fibromyalgia a common digestive condition it can lead to bloating diarrhea and constipation.

Depression Fibromyalgia is associated with depression. low levels of hormones like serotonin can leave you susceptible to depression.

How to Treat Fibromyalgia?
Firstly, you need to improve your sleep. If you have sleep apnea were you snore and stop breathing or if you have restless leg syndrome, these are medical problems that need treatment.some people think fibromyalgia is primarily a sleep disorder.

Two, Lose weight.if you are obese, losing weight may significantly decrease your pain.

Three, Stop smoking.every time you smoke for about an hour afterward the carbon monoxide you take in smothers the red blood cell and it stops oxygen going to the tight muscles.
Four, Exercise regularly but learn to pace yourself.
Five, settle the mind.

Six, Medication These have a moderate effect at best.The FDA has approved three drugs that have proved to be effective.
